A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and visit to project site has been arranged for Bidders at 1:00 PM eastern daylight time, on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Meeting will begin at the Sault Ste. Marie Middle School in Sault Ste. Marie, MI and will include a tour of the building.

Bid date is changed to Monday, April 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, per addendum #2.
