A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday March 28, 2023 at 1:00 PM Eastern time at the Office of U.P. Engineers & Architects, Inc. located at 100 Portage Street; Houghton, MI 49931. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Pre-bid date is extended to March 29, 2023 at 1:00 PM, per addendum #1.
