A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. eastern time. The pre-bid meeting will be held on-line via Microsoft Teams with computer screen share capability. Contractors wishing to attend the on-line pre-bid meeting must send a Request for ATCT Upgrades Project Pre-bid Invitation via email to Jean Spataro at Jean.Spataro@meadhunt.com.

Contractors may attend the pre-bid meeting locally at the Airport Services Center, Marquette Sawyer Regional Airport, 125 G. Avenue, Gwinn, MI 49841.
