Our mission is to make it easy for your company to find upcoming construction projects  and give you access to the documents you need to formulate your bid. We have been  providing timely and high-quality job reporting for commercial, industrial, civil, and  institutional construction projects in the U.P. since 1950. 

More than 300 companies depend on the Marquette Builders Exchange’s commercial  construction job reporting, making it one of the largest construction associations in  Michigan. Members include general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors,  suppliers, architectural and engineering firms, tech companies, manufacturers, labor  unions, and many more! 

Members have 24/7 access to the online planroom, and receive the weekly newsletter with  upcoming projects, bid dates, pre-bid meeting info, contact information, and scope of  work. Members also receive timely email updates with addenda, bid date changes, and  new projects available.
